As a personal trainer, Cindy has worked with a wide range of clientele, from those just looking to improve their health and fitness all the way to elite athletes looking to maximize performance in their sport. They range from 10 year olds to those over 60. She has a passion for helping people improve and work towards goals, whatever they may be. You won’t see her client’s doing bicep curls unless their goal is to get bigger biceps – exercises and programs are functional, purposeful, and goal-oriented.
Offering one-on-one sessions @ a fitness studio, at your home, or outdoors! These sessions can be individual sessions focussing on specific techniques and a workout in a specific sport or they can be part of a package of individual strength training sessions.
My clients range from people wanting to improve their fitness, lose weight and become healthier to weekend warriors.

Cost: $85-125/hour based on a client’s need and the number of sessions purchased.
