Cindy does personal training through her training and coaching company, CL Performance Training.
As a personal trainer, Cindy has a special interest in two things:
1. Helping athletes identify their individual weaknesses and build a training program to optimize performance
2. Helping people struggling to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle to set realistic goals and set out a plan to reach them.
Cindy has worked with a wide range of clientele, from those just looking to improve their health and fitness all the way to elite athletes looking to maximize performance in their sport. They range from 10 year olds to those over 60. She has a passion for helping people improve and work towards goals, whatever they may be. Training programs are functional, purposeful, and goal-oriented.
Cost: $85+HST/hour based on a client’s need and the number of sessions purchased.
